Here are a few words from Michelle:
Wow, I am so thrilled to be at this new pin level promotion of Senior Regional Sales Director! Regional Sales Director was quite a simple pin level promotion to achieve for me but this one really took some diligent work, patience and perseverance. Throughout the time, I often referred to one of my favorite quotes by Napoleon Hill “A quitter never wins and a winner never quits.” I am SO thankful that this hard work has bloomed into this wonderful celebration with my team and my family.

I am grateful to work alongside SUCH an awesome, hardworking, and committed team each and every day. Special shout out to Dee Syphertt, Stephanie Williams, and Kamilya Napoli. who has stayed in the game, head down and laser focused. For my upline Debbie Hanson, Kristie DeGraw. and cross line teammates, Delane Bracken, and LeAnn Kinsey for all the daily support and motivation to KEEP IT GOING! Also thankful for my four girls and husband who are continuously supportive and patient with me while I wear multiple hats throughout the day, LOL. They really make me smile and keep me moving forward with my business. Who ever knew, that working from home would be SO exciting and rewarding at the same time?
This career holds a special place in my heart. I am sincerely thankful that my four girls can witness their mother building a genuine business that I am proud of while leaving a legacy. So happy to cross off this pin level goal from my 2015 goals list. This is just a pit stop toward reaching ESD. The momentum has grown and it isn't over quite yet. Game On!  :)

Introducing Dee Syphertt, Regional Sales Director

Blessed and Highly favored...thank you...thank you...thank you.  I am so excited to make RSD...the 1st of many milestones.  My enroller...my friend, Michelle Shipp...thank you.  

After doing research about the company, I requested an interview and it was with Michelle.  After we finished talking I knew it was for me but my funds were low, so I told her I would have to wait a while till I could afford it.  I self-enrolled I think within the next couple days...that was my leap of Faith to changing my life.  Thank you for your constant support, calls, emails, text, training, friendship, advice, and guidance Michelle.

Wow what an amazing team and platform I am a part of:  Kristie and Debbie...thank you for everything; for being that extra support, encouragement, positive reinforcement.  Delane...my wonderful bootcamp break-out leader...even-though I didn't say much, I learned a lot.  My wonderful Freedom at Home Team Family...thank you all so much for paving the way and giving me a chance to do something great.

Alright team...who's coming with me...I see room...heading to the top...Let's Rock n Roll!!!
