couple days ago, Kristie DeGraw, RVP asked the members of our team's Facebook page, "When you were first introduced
to AmeriPlan, did you enroll on the spot or come back to enroll at a later
date? And if you came back at a later date, how long after the initial
conversation was it?" There were 33
responses. Here are the results:
- 11 enrolled on the spot
- 5 enrolled 1-6 days later
- 6 enrolled 1-3 weeks later
- 10 enrolled 1-3 months later
- 1 enrolled two years later
Only 1/3 of the people enrolled on the spot!
Some
more interesting stats, of the 22 that did NOT enroll on the spot:
- 5 are RSDs
- 1 is SRSD
- 2 are ESDs
- 2 are NSDs - both of which joined a month or more after
the initial conversation!!
Moral
of this post... not everyone enrolls on the spot. Do NOT get
discouraged if your prospects don't enroll on the first call. A lot
of people will come back to you! The important thing is to BE HERE
when they do! If you're not, you will miss out on a lot of great team
members. No call is a wasted call. Focus on building that pipeline!
