Have A Good Attitude & Show Authority!

You must have a positive attitude! You aren't fooling around with a rinky-dink business.  You are building a multi-million dollar empire! Be proud of your business! You can have authority in your voice without being arrogant. Remember: The person controlling the conversation is the person who is asking the questions.

Looking For People With Desire & Determination!

You are specifically looking for people with a strong desire to change their lives. You are looking for people who are sick and tired of "being sick and tired." You are not looking for negative people. You are looking for people who are tired of "settling."

Smile While On The Phone!

People can tell if you are enjoying what you are doing by your voice and your attitude. You need to be smiling while you are talking to them. People don't want to start their own business with someone who isn't excited about theirs.

Have Energy While On The Phone!

You need to be so excited about your business! Remember that your prospects will get excited ONLY if you are! They won't get excited about joining your business with you...if you aren't excited.

Realize What You're Not!

You are not a salesperson! Get that out of your head right now! You are simply helping people to identify their needs and presenting a way for them to change their lives. You are in the business of helping people.

Be Yourself!

Just be yourself. Build friendships and relationships with the people you talk to. They want to know that you are a real person and that you truly care about them and their success.

Truly Be Interested In Them!

Don't just pretend to care about the people you talk to. Really listen. Allow them to talk to you and and listen to what they want to change in their lives.

Sort!

Never beg or try to convince people to enroll. If they aren't qualified, then you don't want them on your team. You want people who are motivated and coachable. Not people you will have to babysit.

Some Other Helpful Tips


  • Work as many leads and talk to as many people as possible every month.  Once you build momentum, it will get easier and easier and your profits will begin to multiply.  Commit to a marketing plan and stick to it.  Work leads...and work them consistently!
  • Practice your script on friends and family or other business associates.  Sometimes they end up saying, "That sounds interesting, can I do it?"
  • Use a follow-up system (autoresponders, personal call, postcard, etc...).  Statistics prove that following up with prospects will increase your enrollments.
  • Think long term. It may take some time to find your flow and get the results you desire.  Set goals. For example: 10 new brokers every single month!  Reinvest back into your business monthly.
  • Keep your thinking on track.  Listen to Dani Johnson regularly.  Successful people will tell you that reprogramming your mind daily from other successful people is a big key to success.
